Dennis Kraft has over 15 years’ experience in security operations and security training.  During his professional career, he has run training programs for the U.S. Army, the Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Homeland Security, and several private companies. 

Mr. Kraft holds multiple security certifications including the CISSP, CCSP, and CEH. He has won several awards citing outstanding achievement for his training programs.

JAMES H. HOLLIS JR.

James has over 20 years of experience teaching cybersecurity. He sees teaching as a reciprocal relationship between instructors and students. He believes that instructors have duties to their students and that students have duties to their instructors.

James believes that it is his responsibility as an instructor to provide students with the following:
• an environment conducive to learning
• knowledge that will be impactful in achieving life goals
• materials, opportunities, and feedback that will assist in learning and
• assistance with developing and maintaining motivation to be successful
academically and with life application

In short, I believe that W.B. Yeats captured the exhilaration of teaching when he wrote: “Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire.” My goal as an instructor is to ignite in my learners a passion for academic excellence.
