Sloper2025-06-05Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Full disclosure- this is my first review I ever posted. Let that sink in a bit. I am writing this one because of how great Dennis and Cyberkraft Training are. I’ve been to other trainings, and I've got to say, trust Dennis – he is the real deal. Sometimes I think he cares more about your success than you do! Our class had a small problem, and he immediately jumped in to solve the issue. The additional training that he and his team developed is an excellent supplement to the official curriculum. I’m proud to say that I passed Sec+ on my first try. I was so prepared that I went in thinking I was going to fight Mike Tyson, but the exam was more like taking on a 5th grader! Some advice – Don’t psych yourself out. It’s not as hard as you might convince yourself. Simply know the items CompTIA published about the exam. I fell for studying lots of extra stuff (but what the heck I will need it someday!). Thank you, Dennis and all the kind folks, at Cyberkraft!! Jared Clark2025-05-20Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. CyberKraft is more than just a training platform. I’ve tried other courses in the past that presented material in a textbook-style format, often with questions that didn’t fully connect to the content. When I started with CyberKraft, I first took the self-paced course. While I appreciated the video lessons, I realized that my learning style required a more interactive approach for me to truly excel, so I decided to enroll in the instructor-led class. At first, I found the idea of a live class a bit intimidating, since I had never taken one before. However, Bill was an excellent instructor as he is approachable, relatable, and dedicated to making sure we understood the material. If anyone had questions, we took the time to discuss them until everything was clear. Thanks to this well-structured and engaging learning experience, I passed my exam on the first attempt, something I never expected! I’ll definitely turn to CyberKraft for future certifications. Ahmed El-Maddah2025-04-28Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dennis and his team are amazing and will give you the confidence to pass your exam. The resources that were provided as well as the boot camp were top notch. Highly recommend. Ed Bensinger2025-04-27Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I prefer Instructor-Led learning over Self-Paced learned. I personally find having an instructor and other classmates to bounce questions off really helps in my learning process. The CISM Bootcamp was great, having very well quailed instructor in a small group was perfect. With the help of the Bootcamp I was able to pass the CISM exam the 1st time and in less then a month. Eric T2025-04-21Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I enrolled in CyberKraft’s CEH boot camp expecting structured, exam-focused training from a CEH-certified instructor. Instead, I got vague guidance, no clear prep strategy, and an instructor who hadn’t even taken the CEH exam or familiarized himself with the EC-Council labs in Aspen. He openly admitted to not having completed the labs, and it showed — he had to figure out lab answers in real time while students waited. As for the preparation strategy, we were simply told to read the entire 700+ page manual and “do whichever labs we felt like doing.” There was no prioritization, no focus on testable material, and no roadmap for how to actually pass the exam. This approach is the opposite of what you expect from a structured boot camp. When I raised concerns, I was denied a refund due to their no-refund policy — despite the service falling far short of expectations. Their own terms also say refunds can be issued at their discretion, but that discretion apparently ends once they have your payment. I was offered a spot in a future cohort, which I’ll try, but based on this experience, I would advise others to be cautious. This felt more like self-study over Zoom than a professional boot camp. Edit March 25th: Their response makes it sound like I opted into a future class, but in reality, I was given no other choice. A refund was refused, despite their own terms allowing one at their discretion, so I’m essentially being pushed into another boot camp rather than being offered any meaningful alternative. My review reflects the full experience — not just the instruction, but the lack of structure and the way my concerns were handled. Edit March 28th: The CEO reached out and told me that although I had been confirmed for enrollment in the May cohort on March 25, 2025 (which I have in writing), I would not actually be included unless I agreed to a phone call so he could “deem it appropriate” to let me in. To be clear: we already confirmed enrollment, and now he’s trying to add arbitrary conditions after the fact because of this review. On March 28, he contacted me at 11 AM and continued emailing and calling until 7 PM — even after I clearly said I preferred written communication. I was dealing with this for over eight hours that day. This behavior is manipulative and dishonest. I’ve escalated the matter to EC-Council, because this is a clear example of how not to treat a paying customer. Updated April 20: I received my refund today—after more than three weeks of silence, during which I had to escalate to EC-Council, the BBB, and this review. I’m deeply disappointed. I signed up to take and pass the CEH with structured guidance—exactly what a boot camp is supposed to provide. Instead, I got poor communication, intimidation, and no support. I would have gladly paid the full price for a program that delivered on its commitment, but this experience made it clear I’ll be looking elsewhere in the future Jeremy Harrison2025-04-15Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dennis and the Cyberkraft team were knowledgeable, professional and unfailingly patient as I personally struggled with the complexities and breadth of the Security+ bootcamp. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a training course or partner. As advertised, I passed on the first attempt! Thank you guys! Tyler Nevlud2025-04-10Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I really enjoyed the CyberKraft Security+ course. I just passed my exam today! The course paired with the CompTIA learn labs was extremely helpful. I really learned a lot, which was very beneficial, considering i'm coming from 0 experience in the cyber security field. I would definetely recommend this course! Sam Espana2025-04-05Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Cyberkraft Training provides very good training and advice for your next CompTIA test. I passed the SecurityX exam with their support.
