Instructor
Michael Adeeko is a regulatory Compliance Auditor with over twenty years of extensive experience in the power and energy sectors. He has acquired extensive Infrastructural Technology expertise in Electric Power, Energy Trading Risk Management, and IT Cyber Security.
Michael has managed multiple large IT implementation projects and has worked with over 100 clients in the delivery of methodology-based solutions with the assistance of software. Such projects involved network security solutions, technical documentation, process and controls solutions, as well as Sarbanes-Oxley, and NERC Compliance audit preparations for such prestigious companies as Price Waterhouse Coopers, Deloitte & Touche, Enterprise Controls Consulting, and Ernst & Young.
His career demonstrates a specialty in building team synergy in uncommonly difficult situations. Michael has been extremely successful in helping NERC Entities and Auditors, along with IT organizations, and private and government-regulated entities to avoid millions of dollars in penalties in the face of perplexing regulatory language and limited time constraints. His work demonstrates a higher level of thinking which seeks to map a corporate mission with existing activities, before engagement in activity and controls monitoring.
Michael is currently the Managing Partner of Direct Line to Compliance, Inc. (DL2C) located in Houston, Texas. While he oversees the delivery of DL2C’s audit and cybersecurity program implementation for its clients, his ingenuity and solution-driven nature inspired him to develop and produce two innovative compliance software tools, known as ColorCodeITTM Suite for one-touch compliance submissions, and ChameleonDocs for form and document analytics enabled by web portals and email campaigns.
This training is presented as a joint venture between Cyberkraft Training and Direct Line to Compliance in cooperation with CIEDAR and Texas State University.
